These terms apply to CR-002 and CR-003 purchases made through the ClearRoutine Systems Gumroad checkout. Read them with the relevant product page and strict licence before ordering. The signed-in app has separate app terms.

The products
CR-002 Enquiry & Quote Follow-up Tracker v1.0 is a £19 one-off Excel download. CR-003 Follow-Up Starter Pack is a £9 one-off ZIP containing PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, guidance and licence files. Neither is a subscription or physical product.
Checkout and delivery
Gumroad processes the checkout, payment, applicable taxes, receipt and download delivery. The total charged is shown before payment. Access is normally provided immediately after a successful order.
Licence and permitted use
The purchase grants a limited licence to one named person for internal use in one business. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the editable template.
- No resale, redistribution or sublicensing
- No public, shared-drive or AI-system upload
- No extraction, cloning or competing-template use
- No use as a client deliverable or multi-user system

Product boundary
The workbook organises information entered by the user. It does not verify that information or make legal, tax, accounting, compliance, safety, pricing, credit or commercial decisions.
No sales, response, recovery or other business outcome is promised. The buyer remains responsible for checking entries, backups, compatibility and every action taken from the workbook.
Immediate supply
For immediate access, Gumroad asks for an express request to begin digital supply and an acknowledgement about the effect on the 14-day cancellation right once downloading begins.
After order
Keep the Gumroad receipt and download email. They provide durable order confirmation and access to the approved release package.
Cancellation
Before digital supply begins, applicable cancellation rights remain available. Once the buyer has expressly requested immediate supply, acknowledged the consequence and the download begins, the cancellation right for that digital content may be lost. This does not remove rights where content is faulty or misdescribed.
Faults, delivery and refunds
Email support@clearroutine.co.uk with the Gumroad order reference, product version, Excel version and a minimal description of the issue. ClearRoutine may offer redelivery, repair, replacement, price reduction or refund where required by law or appropriate to the verified issue.
Liability and law
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, while consumers retain any mandatory protections that apply where they live.
Support and changes
Email-only support covers delivery, corruption, reproducible workbook defects and compatibility questions within the published product boundary. It does not include data entry, customisation, ongoing administration or professional advice.
Terms may be updated for future orders. The version in force when an order is placed applies to that order unless a change is required by law or benefits the buyer without reducing existing rights.
