FOLLOW-UP APP TERMS · EFFECTIVE 14 AUGUST 2026
A focused signed-in workspace, with the paid boundary written down.
These terms apply to the free and Founding plans of the ClearRoutine Follow-Up cloud app. They are separate from the downloadable CR-002 and CR-003 product terms.
The provider
Mohammad Tahir, trading as ClearRoutine Systems.
Email: support@clearroutine.co.uk
Address for correspondence and legal documents: 5 Brayford Square, London E1 0SG, United Kingdom.
Free and Founding access
The core app is available without charge during public beta. Founding is a £39 one-off, one-user plan that unlocks the paid features stated on the product page. It is not a subscription. Both plans are personal to the signed-in user and may be capacity-limited while the service remains in beta.
What the app does
Follow-Up stores user-entered enquiry, quote, next-action and outcome records in a private signed-in workspace. It provides administrative structure only. It does not send messages, monitor an inbox, contact customers or make business decisions.
Founding licence activation
Founding access is activated with an individual Gumroad licence key. The app verifies the purchase with Gumroad, stores only a cryptographic hash of the key and binds the verified entitlement to the activating account. Keys must not be shared, resold or used for more than one account.
Your responsibilities
- Enter only information you are entitled to use
- Give required privacy information and choose a lawful basis
- Respect direct-marketing and do-not-contact rules
- Review records for accuracy and delete or archive them when no longer needed
- Keep exported backups secure and test them periodically
- Check every quote, date and drafted message before using it
Information that must not be entered
- Passwords, recovery codes or authentication secrets
- Payment-card, bank-account or identity-document details
- Health, biometric or other special-category information
- Criminal-offence information
- Large imported datasets that have not been minimised and checked
- Anything unlawful, abusive or unrelated to legitimate business follow-up
Availability and changes
This is a beta service. Maintenance, provider incidents and product changes may interrupt access. No uninterrupted service level is promised. ClearRoutine will take reasonable care but the user should keep current exported backups. Paid access does not guarantee indefinite availability of a particular hosting provider or feature presentation.
Suspension and closure
Access may be restricted for security, unlawful use, material misuse or risk to other users or the service. A user may request account closure and workspace deletion by emailing support from the account email address.
Support
Email-only support covers access, reproducible defects, backup or recovery questions and account closure. It does not include data entry, legal or compliance advice, customer communications or recovery of information that was never successfully saved.
Refund, dispute and key status
Gumroad handles checkout and payment. If a purchase is refunded, disputed or charged back, Founding access may be suspended or removed. This does not remove any mandatory statutory consumer right or remedy.
Privacy and confidentiality
The privacy notice explains account, workspace, provider, retention and rights information. ClearRoutine will not sell app records or use them for advertising. Users remain responsible for the personal information they choose to record.
Liability and law
The app is administrative support, not legal, tax, accounting, compliance, credit or financial advice. No sales or response outcome is promised. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory rights. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
