What arrives after purchase?
Gumroad provides a ZIP download containing the branded PDF and editable Word guide, Excel workbook, CSV template, message starting points, README and licence.
Which software should I use?
The PDF can be read in a standard PDF reader. Microsoft Word and Excel desktop are recommended for the editable guide and workbook; the CSV is a plain data template.
Does the pack contact customers for me?
No. It does not connect to an inbox, send messages, monitor replies or decide whether contact is appropriate.
Can I share or resell the files?
No. The purchase is licensed to one named user for the internal administration of one business. Sharing, resale, sublicensing and client-template use are not included.
